Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined in the agreed service plan. Any additional services must be requested and approved in writing.

Company & Client Obligations

The Client is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the premises where services are to be performed. Additionally, the Client must ensure that the Company’s operatives have access to required utilities, such as water and electricity. It is also the Client’s obligation to notify the Company in advance of any hazards, risks, or specific requirements related to the premises.

The Company commits to delivering services professionally and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations. It will supply appropriate equipment and cleaning materials unless otherwise agreed upon. Furthermore, the Company will maintain liability insurance to cover any damages caused by its negligence.

Health and Safety

The Company’s operatives will comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. The Client must ensure a safe working environment for the operatives and disclose any known hazards that could impact the provision of services.

Cancellations and Amendments

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or amendments to the agreed services. Insufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the Client.

Liability and Insurance

The Company will not be held liable for damage to items or property caused by pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or general wear and tear. Any claims for damages must be reported in writing within 7 days following the completion of services.

Confidentiality

Both the Company and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of their business relationship unless disclosure is required by law.

Force Majeure

The Company will not be held responsible for delays or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Client and the Company, superseding all prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
